By accessing our website, booking an appointment, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Booking & Appointments

  • Booking: Appointments can be made online via our website, by phone, or in person.
  • Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation via WhatsApp or phone call within 30 minutes of booking.
  • Arrival: Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to complete any necessary paperwork.
  • Late Arrival: If you arrive late, we may need to shorten your session to accommodate other clients.

Cancellation Policy

  • 24-Hour Notice: Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee.
  • No-Show: Failure to show up for your appointment without notice may result in a charge of 50% of the service fee.

Payment & Pricing

  • Payment Methods: We accept cash, M-Pesa, and mobile payments. Credit cards are not accepted at this time.
  • Pricing: All prices are in Kenyan Shillings (KSh) and are subject to change without notice.
  • Service Packages: Package prices are valid for the specified services and cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Service Quality

  • Professional Standards: All services are performed by certified professionals using high-quality products.
  • Hygiene: We maintain strict hygiene standards and use sterilized equipment for all services.
  • Satisfaction: Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not happy with a service, please inform us immediately.

Health & Safety

  • Please inform us of any allergies, medical conditions, or sensitivities before your treatment.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe it may be harmful to your health.
  • Pregnant women should consult with their doctor before booking certain treatments.

Photography & Media

We may occasionally take photos or videos of our work for promotional purposes. Your consent will be obtained before any images are taken. You have the right to decline.

Limitation of Liability

Clips Serenity Spa is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service provided.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Nairobi.
